In villa indipendente, a Torre Vado (LE), vicino la famosa spiaggia delle Pescoluse, si affittano due appartamenti adiacenti e simmetrici al piano terra.

Ogni appartamento, di 80 mt. quadrati circa, ha 6 posti letto ed è così composto: ampio ingresso con 2 letti singoli, camera con un letto matrimoniale, cameretta con due letti singoli, cucina abitabile e bagno con doccia. Le due camere da letto hanno le zanzariere ed inferriate protettive.

Entrambi hanno il proprio giardino posteriore, di 30 mt. quadrati, lastricato e con una parziale copertura, ove vi è un barbecue in muratura ed un'altra doccia oltre a quella interna; vi sono aiuole ed alberi lungo tutto il perimetro con splendida vista mare. Ogni appartamento è dotato di TV con ricevitore satellitare e di un ventilatore; vi è una lavatrice esterna comune ai due appartamenti e c'è la possibilità di un posto auto.

La villa si trova su una leggera altura e dista circa 200 mt. dal centro di Torre Vado e quindi dalle varie attività commerciali essenziali come: supermercati, pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchino, bar, pescheria, rosticceria, pasticceria e farmacia. Il porto di Torre Vado e quindi il mare dista circa 300 mt., da lì si possono compiere affascinanti escursioni in barca di gruppo o anche affittare barche e visitare le bellissime grotte di Santa Maria di Leuca. Vi è anche un famoso Diving Service con il quale organizzare favolose immersioni. La costa più vicina è un litorale roccioso basso ed agevole per i bagnanti con una piccola spiaggia sabbiosa; la famosa spiaggia delle Pescoluse, che è la più lunga e conosciuta del litorale salentino, si trova a circa 1,5 km e prosegue per diversi chilometri.

A poca distanza dagli appartamenti vi è il lungomare con un’ampia area ove si svolgono numerose manifestazioni serali ed un’altra area ove è presente, per tutta la durata della stagione estiva, un Luna Park con giochi ed attrazioni per ragazzi e bambini. Il martedì ed il giovedì vi è il mercatino serale con numerosi banchetti locali.

Gli appartamenti si affittano da maggio fino ad ottobre e per periodi non inferiori ad una settimana, solo in agosto si affittano per un periodo non inferiore a 2 settimane e comunque o per le prime 2 settimane o per le ultime 2 settimane del mese stesso.

Il prezzo ad appartamento comprensivo di consumi (luce, acqua, gas) è di:

€ 45,00 al giorno in maggio;

€ 55,00 al giorno in giugno;

€ 80,00 al giorno in luglio;

€ 120,00 al giorno in agosto;

€ 50,00 al giorno in settembre.

Tali prezzi sono riferiti ad una famiglia media (3/4 persone) e quindi sono suscettibili a variazioni in base al numero degli occupanti, al numero dei giorni totali dell'affitto ed anche in base al periodo richiesto del mese stesso.
Non si affitta per periodi inferiori ad una settimana.

La pulizia finale di € 30,00 è a carico dell'affittuario, spesa non dovuta se l'appartamento vien lasciato pulito così come lo si trova.

Each apartment, of 80 square meters, has 6 beds and is composed of: large entrance hall with 2 single beds, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with two single beds, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms have mosquito nets and protective railings. Both apartments have their own rear garden of 30 square meters, paved and with a partial coverage, where there is another shower, and there are flower beds and trees around the perimeter with stunning sea views. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV and a fan, and there is a washing machine outside common to the two apartments and there is the possibility of a parking space. The villa is situated in a slightly elevated and is about 200 meters from the center of Torre Vado and then by the various businesses and about 300 meters from the sea. The nearest coast is low and rocky coast easier for swimmers with a small sandy beach and the famous beach of Pescoluse, which is the longest and best known of the Salento coast, is located about 1.5 kilometers and stretches for many miles. Dans villa à Torre Vado (LE), il ya deux appartements au rez de chaussée adjacente et symétrique. Chaque appartement de 80 mètres carrés, dispose de 6 lits et est composé de: grand hall d'entrée avec 2 lits simples, une chambre avec un lit double, une chambre avec deux lits simples, cuisine et salle de bains avec douche. Les deux chambres ont des moustiquaires et grilles de protection. Les deux appartements ont leur propre jardin arrière de 30 mètres carrés, pavées et avec une couverture partielle, où il ya une douche, et il ya des parterres de fleurs et des arbres autour du périmètre avec vue mer imprenable. Chaque appartement est équipé de la télévision par satellite et d'un ventilateur, et il ya une machine à laver à l'extérieur commune aux deux appartements et il ya la possibilité d'une place de parking. La villa est située dans un peu élevée et se trouve à 200 mètres du centre de Torre Vado, puis par les différents métiers et à 300 mètres de la plage. La côte la plus proche est faible et la côte rocheuse facile pour les nageurs ayant un petite plage de sable et de la célèbre plage de Pescoluse, qui est la plus longue et la plus connue de la côte du Salento, est situé à environ 1,5 km et s'étend sur plusieurs miles.
Les appartements peuvent être loués à partir de mai jusqu'à Septembre et pour une période d'au moins une semaine, uniquement en Août sont loués pour une période d'au moins 15 jours et dans tous les cas ou pour les 15 premiers ou les 15 derniers jours du mois. Le prix par appartement inclus de la consommation est la suivante:

In Villa in Torre Vado (LE), gibt es zwei Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss neben und symmetrisch. Jede Wohnung von 80 Quadratmetern, verfügt über 6 Betten und besteht aus: große Eingangshalle mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Küche und Bad mit Dusche. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Moskitonetzen und Schutzgeländer. Beide Wohnungen haben einen eigenen Garten hinter dem Haus von 30 Quadratmetern, gepflastert und mit einer teilweisen Abdeckung, wo gibt es eine weitere Dusche, und es gibt Blumenbeete und Bäume rund um den Perimeter mit herrlichem Meerblick. Jede Wohnung ist mit Sat-TV und einem Ventilator ausgestattet, und es gibt eine Waschmaschine Außen gemeinsam mit den zwei Wohnungen und es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz
Die Villa befindet sich in einer leicht erhöhten und ist etwa 200 Meter vom Zentrum von Torre Vado und dann von den verschiedenen Unternehmen und etwa 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt.
